Taylor Taylor has a great reputation, but I’ve been so disappointed with both my treatments there (blow out and highlights). I had to get corrective color done at Percy and Reed because of an absolutely heinous set of highlights I got at TT. The colorist bleached my hair within an inch of its life, and didn’t work with the existing color or the texture of my hair at all. (This was only two weeks ago so I’m still reeling.) I hate to get all Negative Nancy up in your comments, but I’m just surprised by the difference between our experiences there! x
